我从16岁开始戴助听器，但不曾有人像 Kingsway Hearing 的 Eddie 那样为帮我调整助听器。他是真的了解助听器使用者的需求，他不像其他诊所或供应商，只是随便调个音量，Eddie会与使用者一起努力，为我们使用者获得最好的声音品质。最近一次的助听器调整（2020年8月），我带着我的木吉他去，我们一起调整助听器的声音，一起努力让我的吉他声音听起来更加自然。我不认为有其他供应商为客户这样做过......，但是 Eddie 是真诚地为他的客户们着想，为了我们尽一份心力。

今天找Kyle做了听力测试。他不仅人很好，而且非常专业。他没有过度推销，耐心解答了我所有的疑问。这绝对是我接受过的最好的医疗服务之一。以后我还会继续选择他们。难怪每一条评论都是五星好评，实至名归。

They have nice, patient and professional staff at Markham branch. My father bought two pairs of hearing aid for the past years. They have good after sales service and response quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend this Clinic.

Everyone should do a earwax removal. You never know what will come out Eddie is so efficient and professional. Recommended!

Great experience,Iris is pleasant and efficient, Eddie is patient, professional and his customer service is excellent. He never upsells, only recommending your best option, which I learned from experience. Changes and cleans ear rubbers for you for free - never had this done before.

Based on my father-in-law's experience at Scarborough Hearing Clinic, our family's very happy with the extremely reasonable prices & excellent fast service.
