我从16岁开始戴助听器，但不曾有人像 Kingsway Hearing 的 Eddie 那样为帮我调整助听器。他是真的了解助听器使用者的需求，他不像其他诊所或供应商，只是随便调个音量，Eddie会与使用者一起努力，为我们使用者获得最好的声音品质。最近一次的助听器调整（2020年8月），我带着我的木吉他去，我们一起调整助听器的声音，一起努力让我的吉他声音听起来更加自然。我不认为有其他供应商为客户这样做过......，但是 Eddie 是真诚地为他的客户们着想，为了我们尽一份心力。

Had my hearing test today with Kyle. Not only a great guy but very professional. Didn't try to oversell, and patiently answered all my concerns. By far some of the best service by a health professional I've ever received. Looking forward to giving them my business going forward. No wonder every single review is five star, all well deserved.

I've been wearing hearing aids since I was 16, I've never had anyone setup my hearing aids as well as Eddie does at Kingsway hearing. He understands the needs of the aid wearer, doesn't just follow the 'click click you're done' programming like other clinic/dispenser's and works with the wearer to get their best sound quality. In my recent aid fitting (Aug 2020) I brought my acoustic guitar in and we 'fine tuned' the aids sound so my guitar sounded natural. I don't think I've ever heard of another dispenser doing that for their customers.. but Eddie really works with/for his customers

Eddy Chow was very patient in explaining the steps of my first hearing aid experience. There were some gliches as left ear hearing aid was defective immediate upon receipt, but Eddy sent it back for a replacement with no problem. They were punctual with their appointment times which I appreciated. I would recommend Eddy as he was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

Hi Angela and Eddy.I want to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent post delivery services you provided me for the last 3 years especially the one three weeks ago. Understanding my need from my phone message left in the weekend you responded back immediately first thing in the following Monday morning. During my visit you understand my warranty will be expired soon you promptly expediate my matter and you followed up closely to ensure I can have my devices back as soon as I can. Last but not least, I was very surprised you allow me to pick up my devices before my office time and Eddy was waiting for me at the mall entrance since it was not yet open. Your after sale service and, your understanding customer needs and urgency is an excellent customer service model that I feel should be borrowed by others. I would definitely come back to you. Great experience,Iris is pleasant and efficient, Eddie is patient, professional and his customer service is excellent. He never upsells, only recommending your best option, which I learned from experience. Changes and cleans ear rubbers for you for free - never had this done before.
